Grenfell Apartments is a two story brown fenced in Apartments with a very large yard in the back located near Columbus Park area through Grenfell Avenue.
Directions: Take Pioneers Way from Downtown by the light where Kentucky and Port Authority Building is, continue on Pioneers Way until you reach to Columbus Drive, turn onto Columbus and continue looking on your right looking for Grenfell Avenue. Once you turn through Grenfell you will be looking for the second apartment on the left which will be brown.
Only water is included in the apartments. The rent is $475 monthly unfurnished and $950 to move in and $550 monthly furnished and $1,100 to move in. 2 bedroom and 1 bath.
Presently at this time we have 2 apartment available at Grenfell Apartment #6 downstairs and apartment 10 upstairs.
We have renovated the inside of the Apartment to make your living experience more comfortably and where still making more improvements to the exterior of the buildings.
We also can provide you with Satellite Service for $50 a month.
